It was close to down town Helena but far anofe away to be by ourselves. Really nice place and perfect for couples or a couple with one or 2 kids. The water is hot hot so be careful. But the kitchen was perfect for doing a few meals and The jacuzzi was nice privet and clean. I like the fact that you can fill it up yourself. Will definitely be going back again for another trip soon The only bad parts about it was that the parking is a little tricky when all cabins are booked and there are cats everywhere every room has its own crazy cat picture kinda tripped us up a little but gave some good laughs.

We experienced nothing less than what was expected and posted in the listing. Had some very minor issues getting into the house, which was most likely my fault, and Roy responded to me and had the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes. Helen itself and the surrounding area was one of my favorite places to visit, and I would definitely reccomend this place to any young and active couples to stay for a trip. House is 3 minutes from Helen and less than 30 minutes from any major yokes and Mt. Yonah. House was very clean.

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful space with a nice firepit and stream through the property. The accommodations were perfect. Conveniently located close to Helen, Unicoi state park and 2 amazing water falls within 5 miles. We will return. Thank you.

I love the cabin. The first night the wind scared me a bit and I thought someone was at the door lol. The location was close to town and close to hiking and waterfalls. It was just what I needed was peace and quiet for a couple of days. Thank you so much.

The cabin is quite quaint and a lovely spot to be out and about in Helen. It was located in a great area! peaceful and relatively secluded, but only a few minutes drive and you’re right on main street. Roy was really kind and responsive to any questions I had. We did get quite chilly in the cabin, so we wish we brought extra blankets. Great stay overall!

Very happy we got to stay in this very cozy cabin! We enjoyed the fire wood place as well as the fire pit out side . Hearing the water run under the gazebo was awesome!! I love the location of this cabin as it was not too far from the main area in Helen but not too close to be crowded. Overall a great experience our kids got to enjoy every single thing about the cabin and the outside of it. Great job!

We had a great time staying at our Cozy Cabin. They did a great job having anything we really needed there. Everything from most cooking utensils (including grilling) to most toiletries were on site. If there was anything that we needed, Betty's grocery store was nearby. We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay just outside of Helen! If you’re looking for a cute, pet friendly place to stay while enjoying all the charm that is Helen, GA, give this place a try! It has everything you need for a nice weekend away, and you can bring your fur baby, too. Close to town, just a few minutes and you’re in downtown Helen.

We really enjoy being able to take our4 fur children on vacations with us, The cabin was nice and clean, close to everything we wanted to do. Had a nice fire pit to share with cabin neighbors. Would like to see a small table on the cabin balcony so you could have coffee and/or read because it was so nice sitting up there. Would definitely recommend especially to other fur parents.
