This your grandpa's cabin you wish you always had. Welcome to the Oktoberfest Cabin! Only 3 minute drive to downtown Helen, But still secluded in the mountains with a creek. Helen Hideaway has 4 cabins, with a one of a kind "Party Porch," with a stream flowing under. The porch has a sitting area and fire pit for guests to enjoy. The cabin has a wood fireplace on the first floor, with kitchen, dinning table and sitting area, and on the second floor, the bedroom and balcony with rocking chairs.

I would stay here again in the future. The cabin was easy to find and our host responded to every text right away. We booked a cabin because we wanted to be away from the crowds yet close enough to the activities in the area and it was what we expected. I liked that I could hear the birds at dawn, rabbits in the front yard and even with the 3 neighboring cabins we had enough privacy. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen, overall the cabin felt like we were home. I couldn’t get the television to work and a battery was missing from one of the remote controls but glad it happened that way as that allowed us to spend time out on the balcony.

If you're looking for the ultimate Oktoberfest experience in Helen, GA, look no further than this amazing cabin hosted by Roy! From the moment we booked, Roy was incredibly communicative and helpful and quick to answer any questions
The cabin itself was absolutely perfect. Tucked away in a peaceful, wooded area but still just minutes from downtown Helen, it offered the best of both worlds—quiet relaxation and easy access to all the AVF festivities. The décor had a charming, rustic Bavarian feel that fit the Oktoberfest theme perfectly. From the cozy fireplace to the wooden beams and alpine touches, we felt like we’d been transported straight to a German mountain village. We highly recommend this cabin. We’ll definitely be back next year—Prost!
