Had a great time and it’s a great property. Very clean and well-maintained; great communication by owner(s). Outstanding location off the beaten path but quick access to lots of great areas in and around Helen.
Only negative, and not a deal-breaker, was LR furniture. Didn’t use the sleeper sofa for sleeping but it’d be more comfortable for sitting with newer or thicker seat cushions. Replacing the old recliner would bode well for future renters, as well. Neither the couch or recliner would prohibit me from renting this unit again; not a major knock. Just if I were the owner(s), I wouldn’t mind constructive feedback to make future renters’ stay more comfortable when they’re inside the property. Beds were very comfortable; great front and rear porch/deck; fully functional kitchen/dining area.
