Everything was nice and clean with the exception of the porch grill, it had mold left in it from whoever used it last The water pressure a little slow, bedroom tv upstairs didn’t work no channels would come in.

This was a perfect little cabin for my birthday vacation! The location was very private, peaceful, and close to all the fun in Helen. The private hot tub was hands down my favorite. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the cabin. Roy was very responsive. The cabin was convenient to everything but felt secluded. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. We will book again next time we go to Helen.

Roy was a very responsive and helpful host! The cabin was clean when we arrived and all the amenities and all were listed perfectly. The parking (which isn’t really his fault) is tight so try to bring one vehicle if possible! Other than that we had an amazing time this past weekend.

The accommodations was very suitable for my families needs and the game room was a nice end to a fun filled day in Helen! Would definately stay again as it was in a great location to everything we wanted to do and see. Thanks Kyle Dollard

this cabin is small but cozy, has all the amenities you need, it's close to everything but not walkable, about a 2 mile drive to town, my suggestion is look at the GPS and figure the back roads near town, you can avoid the traffic jams, park at the park in and out all day that way you have freedom to go back to the cabin or visit other sites and come back to town for meals, this is a great location, just up the street from tubing, the cabin itself was clean and great for me and my husband, quiet to get a great night sleep, good water pressure I recommend

Rustic unit. Looked just like pictures. Certainly adequate for our needs and for small dog. We had two vehicles one of which was a camper van. Plenty of room to park it out of the way for four days.

The cabin was perfect for me and my husband. Loved that it was pet friendly so our dogs could join us. The location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

The cabin was perfectly located. Close enough to Helen and far enough away for peace. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean. If we were to come back 10/10 would stay here again. Host was responsive and polite. All around was a great experience in all.
