We had a great time staying at our Cozy Cabin. They did a great job having anything we really needed there. Everything from most cooking utensils (including grilling) to most toiletries were on site. If there was anything that we needed, Betty's grocery store was nearby. We highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoy being able to take our4 fur children on vacations with us, The cabin was nice and clean, close to everything we wanted to do. Had a nice fire pit to share with cabin neighbors. Would like to see a small table on the cabin balcony so you could have coffee and/or read because it was so nice sitting up there. Would definitely recommend especially to other fur parents.

The family had a great stay , everything was close by restaurants, IceCream, mini golf, hiking , small train ride thru town, coffee, German beer, wines. We took a lot of pictures and have lots of great Christmas memories made .

Beautiful get away for me and fiancé. Was so adorable and functional. Does not have an oven but has a cute electric stove. We cooked while we were there and it was perfectly accommodating. 5-10 minutes from the town of Helen, beautiful scenic byway just up the road.

The fire place really warmed up the cabin and the location is great so your not in the busy town but close enough to get there in 5 minutes The only thing I didn't like was how small the shower was but it was still good

My wife & I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The house was nice & clean when we arrived. The hot tub was turned on prior to our arrival so that it would be ready for us to use. Being so close to downtown was very convenient, but being just outside of downtown still gave it the secluded feel. Would definitely recommend & stay again in the future

We enjoyed our stay at Roy’s cabin#8. It was just like the pictures that were posted. It was clean and well organized. It was easy to find and close to town. We would highly recommend Roy’s cabins to anyone visiting Helen.

We loved the cabin! It was very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The Oktoberfest theme was cute and the cabin was very cozy. It was really cold when we entered, but after lighting the fire and putting the provided space heaters on, it warmed up very nicely. We would definitely stay again!

Really cute, we went for the Christmas lights in December. All of the shops and stuff were like 6 minutes away but because it was up and it the back you didn’t get a lot of noise. Great location and a cute cabin overall! Will stay again if we come back to Helen!
